Well at this point in time, i know many of you are starting to worry and feel the pressure of the exams.. I m getting nervous for many of you too.. and here's some Geog advice for you..

1. Plan a study time table now (Yes i mean NOW!) Take the remaining days and divide them according to the time you need for each subject.
2. For geog, take a look at the EXAM FORMAT first.. you know there are 4 sections - A,B, C and D. Focus on what you can score first.. eg Mapwork. Then practise all the 2008 and 2009 map questions until you can remember it off your head. Refer to the map i gave on last lesson and memorize the answers! ( I know there's alot cramming in your head now, but try to remember them)
3. Look at the summary mindmap i gave on last lesson (Use that as a study guide) . Start from the topic you are WEAKEST at. eg Water/Land.
Read the text book through
Each chapter will have some questions on the text book, make sure you can answer them (Using info from the text)
Highlight keywords, main points

Remember the case study (Water / Land = Focus is in SINGAPORE), so must know what are the measures the Singapore government is taking. Go through worksheets i have given, project, blog questions...When finished, tick off the summary mindmap to see if you have missed out anything

4. For those that have done the 2008 and 2009 papers, try to do them one more time WITHOUT CHECKING THE ANSWERS. Then mark yourself and see how much you score..
5. Actual exam day - Look through the summary mind map.. keep yourself CALM and RELAX.. There's nothing else you can do except pray for the best =)

6. Exam paper - Look at number of points per question and answer accordingly. Dont write too much rubbish for a 1 mark question.. Use the time wisely and do the questions you are more confident first.. Use the keywords often and write point by point (dont confuse yourself and lump everything together) You can try to jot down the points on the exam question paper in pencil first if you are scared you'll forget..
7. Lastly, smile and be glad that its all over!
